Returns & Refunds policy
Thank you for shopping at Apple Lady Decals. Every order is handmade with care, and I want you to love your purchase. Because many of our items are custom-made, some products qualify for refunds, while others do not.
Please review the full policy below before placing your order.
1. Items That Are Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns
Because these items are personalized or made-to-order, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
❌ Custom Shirts (DTF, vinyl, or sublimation)
❌ Personalized or Made-to-Order Items
❌ Custom Decals & Stickers
❌ DTF Transfers (ready-to-press)
❌ Digital Downloads / Digital Gift Certificates
❌ Custom Artwork or Designs
2. Items Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
The following items can be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
✔ Items damaged during shipping
✔ Items with a manufacturing or printing error
✔ Incorrect items sent by mistake
✔ Missing items from your order
If this happens, I will happily remake or refund the item.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To start a claim:
Email orders@appleladydecals.com
Include your order number
Include photos showing:
The item
Any damage or defect
The packaging, if damaged
⚠️ Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.If this happens
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it as long as production has not started.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Shipping Issues
Lost Packages
If USPS marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check:
Your mailbox
Around your porch/yard
With neighbors
With your local post office
Once a package is marked "Delivered," Apple Lady Decals cannot issue a refund.
However, I will help you file a USPS missing mail claim.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, email a photo of:
Exterior packaging
Damaged product
A replacement will be sent at no cost.
6. Gift Certificates
Digital and physical gift certificates are non-refundable.
If your digital certificate fails to send, I will resend it at no charge.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for size, color, or design changes once an order is placed for custom products.
8. Return Shipping
If a return is required (rare), Apple Lady Decals will provide instructions.
Do not send any items back without approval.
In most cases, you will not need to return damaged items.
9. Policy Agreement
By placing an order with Apple Lady Decals, you agree to this Refund Policy.
